We stopped by to test the cocktails and bar experience. It did not disappoint. We kept it simple with steak fries and button mushrooms test and they were both excellent. Yes, simple I know but most people muff these up. Bar seats were super comfy and bartender nice and friendly (most places at this time of year have burnt out servers and bartenders who do not want any eye contact or banter). We felt very relaxed. The restaurant was very busy so if its chill you want then stay at the bar.

The. Best. Carrot cake. Ever. Not even a debate, it's just the facts. Oh, and the Chop salad and steaks are good, too.

While staying at the Dörr, we decided to enjoy dinner at CHOP's rooftop on a warm fall evening. We had a drink at bustling the bar while we waited for our table. When seated, our server was attentive & took our order promptly. I decided on the filet & added mushrooms. Our meal included complimentary popovers & soup. The popovers were, albeit a bit over baked a lovely start & went well with the potato soup. My filet was cooked to requested medium rare. Overall, a good meal but with very small portions for the price. I'd come back again & have a drink & an appetizer in the future!

Dress up and make reservations. Although we saw plenty of people casual dressed and waiting at 4:55 for opening to get in. We make reservations for 5 on a Friday night and most of us had the early bird menu with salad, main course and dessert. It was about $32. I got the crab cakes. Chop salad and carrot cake. Okay, all delish. But oh my gosh! That carrot cake!!! Wow! Two old fashioneds- both super yummy! Cool atmosphere. Friendly waitstaff. They add gratuity on bill so if you had too much to drink. Don't double tip! Great location in sister bay. Picturesque! Loved it all! TY

HUGE FAN!! How can you not love this location, rooftop, and view?! Absolutely wonderful. The service was also top notch (shout out to Ziggy that was so lovely to us!) and the food was very good. I don't eat red meat but found a delicious chicken dish and the salad I had was sooo fresh and yummy. The drinks are also perfection. Can't wait to come back!!

First things first! We arrived at 7p and I was told that our reservation was at 6:30pm, but the hostess was great and got us seated in the beautiful downstairs room that had somewhat of a speakeasy feel, very nice! We are big steak eaters so the bar was already set pretty high and Chop exceeded our expectations! The steaks were cooked perfectly, starter salads and soup was delicious, smashed potatoes were buttery, and to top it all off the desserts were fantastic. My fiancé had an old fashioned which got a thumbs up and I had two glasses of the house red which was really nice. Service was great! Well done Chop! You'll definitely see us again!
